We are an emerging Southeast Asian (“SEA”) community-oriented e-commerce retailor (“Community e-Commerce Retailor”) with a focus on grocery and travel. Electronic commerce (“e-commerce”) refers to a commercial transaction that involves the sale and purchase of products or services over the Internet. It involves the entire scope of online transactions from the sellers to buyers, including supply chain management, electronic funds transfer, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange, inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems, and others. Community e-commerce is a form of e-commerce, where social media users with mutual interest and like-minded online behavior are connected, forming a community group within a network through online medium such as social media platforms and communication software including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, Tiktok or Youtube. It leverages personal interaction and word-of-mouth marketing to create personalized and targeted valuable insights to reach targeted audiences and potential customers. Such networks are generally formed according to the similarity of the members of a group including (i) location proximity amongst social media users in a group; and (ii) online shopping preference and behavior.
